GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN EVENTS OF PREMIUM RALLY INTERNATIONAL LTD.

These General Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the relations concerning participation in events organized by Premium Rally International Ltd., registered in the Commercial Register and the Register of Non-Profit Legal Entities under UIC 206659162, with registered office and address of management: Sofia 1700, Studentski District, 21st Century Street No. 13, ground floor, office No. 3 (the “Organizer”), and each participant (the “Participant”).
I. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
Automobile means a motor vehicle that is technically sound, meets all safety requirements, and is admitted to participate in the Event.
Briefing means an official mandatory instruction session during which the Organizer and/or its representatives, partners, or representatives of the facility concerned provide mandatory information regarding the rules, safety, and organization of the Event.
Branding means the placement of temporary advertising elements, identification signs (logos), and/or visual materials on designated areas, facilities, and/or vehicles within the Event.
Driver (Pilot) means the person(s) operating the automobile during the Event and responsible for its movement.
Schedule (Programme) means the officially announced sequence of activities, stages, and times for the Event.
Disqualification means a sanction whereby the Participant or Crew is removed and/or excluded from the Event.
Drag means a motorsport discipline in which one or two cars start simultaneously from a standstill and cover a predetermined straight distance, with the winner being the one who reaches the finish line in the shortest time.
Team / Crew means the combination of Driver and Navigator/passenger(s) registered to participate with one automobile.
Stage means a designated part of the Event route, including a special section and/or liaison.
Ranking means the official result of the Event, where applicable, prepared based on measured times and/or other achievements relevant to the specific event, stage, or discipline.
Checkpoint means an officially designated location along the route where time, documents, or passage are controlled.
Liaison (Transit) means a section of the route that is not a competitive stage and is driven on public roads in compliance with applicable traffic regulations.
Location means the specific place, site, facility and/or area where the Event or any part of it is held.
Roadbook means a document prepared by the Organizer containing a description of the route, stages, and driving instructions.
Navigator (Co-driver) means a member of the Crew who assists the Driver through instructions, navigation, and communication during the Event.
Track means a specialized closed course intended for conducting sporting tests and training under controlled conditions.
Pit / Pitlane means the service and preparation area for vehicles during a sporting test.
Registration means the process by which the Participant and/or Crew applies for participation and provides required documents.
Regulation (Rulebook) means the official document defining the rules, conditions, and requirements for conducting the Event.
Sanction means a penalty imposed for violation of the rules, including warning, removal, and/or disqualification.
Service Park (Garage) means a designated area where teams may perform technical servicing and/or preparation of vehicles.
Starting Light System means equipment used in a sporting test that signals the start and/or other actions through light and/or sound.
Event means an organized activity including travel, sporting and/or training elements, held on predetermined dates and locations.
Special Stage (SS) means the competitive part of the route where time and/or other metrics are measured.
Sporting Tests mean formalized control activities in motorsport and related disciplines organized under applicable sporting rules and technical regulations.
Sponsor / Partner means a person or organization supporting the Event through financial, material, or other assistance.
Time Attack means a discipline in which each automobile drives on a closed track with the objective of achieving the fastest lap.
Technical Commissioner / Judge / Marshal means a person verifying compliance of vehicles and equipment with technical requirements.
Course means the designated line or route along which vehicles move during the Event.
Participant means any adult and legally capable individual who registers and takes part in the Event under the conditions set by the Organizer.
Flags (Signals) means standardized visual signals used to communicate with Participants during track events.
Timekeeping means the official process of recording Participants’ times using approved timing systems.
II. Requirements for Participation
Only approved Participants who have paid the full participation fee prior to commencement of the respective Event shall be admitted.
1. Age Requirements and Participant Condition
1.1. Participation as a Driver is permitted only for adults with full legal capacity meeting all statutory driving requirements.
1.2. Minors may attend or be admitted as passengers only upon submission of a notarized parental/guardian consent declaration.
1.3. Only individuals in good general health are permitted to participate.
Alcohol or intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited during or immediately prior to travelling in a motor vehicle.
2. Requirements for Identity and Driving Documents
2.1. Each Driver must present a valid driving licence corresponding to the category of the vehicle operated.
2.2. All passengers, navigators and persons admitted into the vehicle must present valid identification.
2.3. The Organizer reserves the right to conduct document checks at any time.
2.4. Concealed, withheld or improper documentation may result in removal from the Event without refund.
3. Acceptance of Terms and Information Sheet
3.1. Each Participant shall sign an information sheet and/or declaration confirming acceptance of these Terms.
3.2. Signed documents remain valid for the entire calendar year unless amended.
3.3. Amendments shall be communicated by the Organizer and accepted in writing.
3.4. A Participant refusing to accept these Terms shall not be admitted.
III. Liability
4. Fundamental and Non-Waivable Responsibilities of Participants
Each Participant takes part:
At their own discretion and entirely at their own risk.
Risks include, without limitation:

Vehicle-related risks (mechanical failure, crashes, fire)
-
Injury or death
-
Spectator risks
-
Road and infrastructure hazards
4.2. Each Participant independently prepares their vehicle and bears all related costs.
4.3. Each Participant bears full property and non-property liability for their actions and omissions.
5. Technical Condition and Insurance
Participants must ensure:

Technical safety of the vehicle
-
Compliance with legal requirements
-
Valid third-party liability insurance
-
Additional insurance when required
The Organizer may inspect and remove vehicles at its discretion.
6. Advertising Obligations
All participating vehicles must display mandatory stickers in approved locations.
Failure to comply may result in:

Refusal or removal from participation
-
Fine of up to 50% of the participation fee
-
Refusal of participation in future events
7. Limitation of Organizer Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for:

Damage to vehicles
-
Repair costs
-
Personal injury or death
-
Business interruption
-
Property damage caused by participants or third parties
Participation is voluntary and entirely at the Participant’s own responsibility.
IV. General Prohibitions
8. Prohibited Behaviour on Public Roads
The following are strictly prohibited:

Dangerous overtaking
-
Hooligan driving
-
Racing starts outside controlled zones
-
Risky manoeuvres endangering others
9. Prohibition on Driving Under Influence
It is strictly prohibited to operate any vehicle while under the influence of:

Alcohol
-
Drugs
-
Intoxicating substances
-
Prescription medication impairing judgment
10. Aggressive and Indecent Behaviour
Any aggressive, threatening, humiliating or discriminatory conduct constitutes grounds for immediate removal.
11. Media and Social Media Restrictions
Participants may not:

Give media statements without Organizer approval
-
Publish content damaging the Event or Organizer reputation
12. Compliance with Instructions and Regulations
Compliance with all instructions of marshals, officials and staff is mandatory.
13. Restrictions on Filming
Professional filming or external media crews require prior written consent.
Personal footage is permitted only if safety is not compromised.
V. Organizer Rights and Liability
14. Rights and Obligations of Organizer
The Organizer:

Conducts mandatory briefings

Ensures access control
-
May remove unsafe participants
-
Provides media coverage at its discretion
15. Additional Limitation of Liability
Organizer shall not be liable for:

Theft or damage to belongings
-
Third-party traffic accidents
-
Poor infrastructure conditions
-
Damage arising from sticker application/removal
16. Powers of Organizer
The Organizer may:

Inspect vehicles and documents
-
Issue mandatory instructions
-
Remove Participants or vehicles
-
Retain participation fees upon removal
VI. Special Rules for Track Day and Closed Course Events
17. Fundamental Principles
Track events are governed by both these Terms and the facility’s own regulations.
Where conflict exists, track rules prevail.
18. Track Day Rules
Driving must be:

Controlled
-
Predictable
-
Safe
-
Free from aggressive competitive behavior
Blocking, pressure driving and unsafe manoeuvres are prohibited.
19. Vehicle Requirements
Minimum requirements include:

Functioning brakes
-
Safe tyres
-
No fluid leaks
-
Stable suspension
-
Secure body components
-
Accessible fire extinguisher
Unsafe vehicles shall not be admitted.
20. Driver and Passenger Requirements
Mandatory protective equipment:

Properly fastened helmet
-
Properly fastened seat belt
Drivers must be sober and medically fit.
21. Driving Rules on Track
Key rules include:

Safe overtaking only with signal (Point-by)
-
No blocking
-
Safe pit entry and exit
-
No unjustified stopping
-
Changing direction of travel is strictly prohibited
22. Signals and Flags
Standard flags:

Yellow — danger, no overtaking
-
Red — session terminated
-
Blue — allow faster vehicle to pass
-
Black — immediate exit from track
23. Prohibited Actions
Strictly prohibited:

Drifting (unless event-specific)
-
Dangerous manoeuvres
-
Phone use while driving
-
Ignoring flags or signals
24. Conduct in Case of Incident
Participants must:

Remain in vehicle unless immediate danger exists
-
Move behind barriers if exiting vehicle
-
Notify Organizer or track personnel immediately
25. Liability
Each Participant is personally liable for damage caused.
The Organizer is not liable for incidents arising from participant conduct or technical malfunction.
26. Sanctions
Possible sanctions include:

Warning
-
Temporary suspension
-
Removal from Event
-
Ban from future events
VII. Dispute Resolution, Applicable Law and Interpretation
27. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations.
Failing agreement, disputes shall be referred to the competent court in Sofia.
28. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
29. Interpretation
If any provision is invalid, it shall be replaced by a valid provision closest in meaning and intent.
30. Amendments
The Organizer may amend these Terms at its discretion.
All amendments become binding upon publication.
VIII. Personal Data Protection
31. Consent for Recording and Publication
By accepting these Terms, each Participant expressly consents to recording and use of images and video for:

Publicity
-
Promotional purposes
32. GDPR Compliance
Processing is carried out in accordance with:

Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act
Sensitive or inappropriate materials shall not be published.
33. General Principles
Personal data is processed solely for:

Registration

Event administration
-
Safety
-
Communication
The Organizer does not sell personal data.
34. Participants’ Rights
Participants have the right to:

Access personal data

Correct inaccurate data
-
Restrict or object to processing
-
Request erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
35. Withdrawal of Consent
Consent may be withdrawn where processing relies on consent.
Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.
36. Storage and Security
The Organizer applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
